Thank you for choosing RUNICSTEEL. Because all of our products are custom-made through a Print on Demand (POD) model, each item is uniquely created just for you as soon as you place an order.

1. Order Processing & Production Time Before an item can ship, it must be printed, packaged, and prepared.

  • Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, production times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping (US): Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country (typically 7 to 21 business days). Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Shipping Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high postal volume can impact delivery times. RUNICSTEEL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

5. Incorrect Addresses or Lost Packages Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to us for guidance.
